Spiritual Formation Programme.

The Waveley Abbey College EMCC Global (EQA) Mentoring and Coaching Bespoke Programme forms part of the college Post Graduate Spiritual Formation MA Programme and offers a high quality, professional approach to Christian mentoring and coaching. The course is designed to equip learners to grow and develop their mentoring and coaching skills, as well as giving them a sound theological basis to do this work in different Christian contexts.

The module is offered as a personally transformative process, where students realise their potential as a professionally accredited Coach/Mentor. This includes two residential programmes in the beautiful setting of the Waverley Abbey grounds. The community of learning is extended to social interaction, as well as engaging in pre and post module questionnaires to enable students to fully prepare themselves for the module.

Bio

Alison Cansdale is a Christian mentor who is passionate about empowering people to make healthy decisions in their lives.  Alison trains Mentors and Coaches in formal education, and supervises those working in the industry, and offers individual therapeutic coaching work from her home in South West Wales. She is an EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor and is a member of the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation WorkGroup.
