Transformational coaching moves clients beyond the surface of their presenting topic. It fundamentally impacts on all of ‘who you are’ enabling clients to have a different relationship with how they see, think, feel and behave in situations and in their interactions with others. Behaviour shifts are important for coachees to sustain change. However, we believe long term, sustainable change occurs when individuals face their challenge or situation with a different mindset. Transformational coaching – coaching that works at the level of beliefs, values, identity, and purpose – is likely to create this long-term change. Catalyst 14’s Transformational Coaching training programmes are aimed at people who are passionate about developing and supporting others and who wish to develop as internal or external professional coaches. Our programmes equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to coach effectively.

As part of EMCC’s Global pilot to embed the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) within EQA programmes we reviewed our assessment processes and further aligned them with the EMCC Competence Framework and EMCC Accreditation Framework.  Our experience of the UK market is that internal and external coaches are looking for robust accreditation. By including the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) within our coach development structure, our programmes deliver this. An integrated EIA means our participants’ learning portfolio is reviewed against both EQA and EIA criteria.
