Dr Lise Lewis will present a case study on Bluesky International’s Diploma for Professional Coaches and Mentors.

We have been delighted with the impact of integrating EMCC EIA and ESIA into our programme delivery as this has exponentially increased the number of EIA and ESIA successes.

Bluesky International works with independent practitioners and companies of all sizes throughout the UK and worldwide to offer coaching, mentoring and coach supervision services. Bluesky International offers specifically designed and targeted, learning opportunities, informed by evidence based research.

PwC’s Academy, for example, in collaboration with Bluesky International have successfully developed the Diploma for Professional Coaches and Mentors in Cyprus! (the first of many organisations across the world to gain this prestigious award). The EMCC Accredited Programme aims to provide participants with the theory practice, toolbox, information, support and learning materials to build coaching skills with a business focus. The Diploma first gained the EMCC Global Quality Award in xxx, and is one of the first programmes globally to embed the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation into the delivery of the EQA programme (and ESQA for Supervision). The successful programme graduates from the PwC Academy have been awarded the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at the Practitioner level fully recognising the delegate’s  prior learning and experience.

The value of accreditation is best articulated by Costas Seraphim, Head of PwC’s Academy: ‘Digital Transformation inevitably will affect the workplace and the way we will operate and function. Employees will soon face the challenge of working with Artificial Intelligence. Coaching can be the tool to help employees resolve their issues. Following an Accredited Program leading towards EMCC EIA Individual Accreditation will help coaches follow a structured approach when performing coaching sessions and adhering to high professional and ethical standards.’

Dr Lise Lewis Ch.FCIPD MBA is an Executive Coach, Team Coach, Coach Supervisor, and Trainer. She is an EMCC Global Master Practitioner accredited coach and mentor, EMCC Global Special Ambassador, EMCC Global Past-president, and owner of Bluesky International. She leads a team of professionally qualified and accredited executive, business and leadership coaches; many with specialist experience.
