A prime distinguisher of capability is how we interpret our own and others’ behaviour and build resilience to cope with setbacks to maintain personal power. Empirical observations reveal that a major obstacle interfering with human performance is interpersonal relationships. Few apparently escape the unease that disharmonious working can bring to the workplace. This uninvited ‘sabotager’ of productive performance has no respect for high IQ, hard earned qualifications or career dedication; we can all be susceptible to relationship breakdown.

The good news is that we can do something about it!
