Cloud based online L&D and certification platforms

Session on 26 November 2019 11:00 cest - View on timetable

Session

The world of education and certification goes through a disruptive change. The online platforms providing algorithm based certification offer a unique possibility for an inclusive and diverse society where individuals can benefit from a life-long learning journey where they can redefine their skill sets, and provide evidence of their learning with a universal certification. This is already in use in many major corporations. So what about coaching? How can we incorporate online cloud based integrated learning platforms in coach training, and use this data for accreditation purposes as well? What possible technology providers and EduTech and L&DTech partners are available for EMCC to co-operate in order to initiate a new paradigm for work force reskilling in coaching, and also for coach/mentor training & accreditation?
