Coaching to support the Leading for London Programme.
The Leading for London programme is a world class leadership journey for 10,000 supervisors in the Metropolitan Police Service. Part of this journey is to provide coaching support to enhance individuals personal and leadership skills. Working in collaboration with Lane4 we have been instrumental in providing training and subsequent EMCC accreditation to over 100 new coaches who now form our coaching alumni. This is a long term investment in our people with a vision to create a coaching culture for the future.
Elaine White is a Principal Consultant at Lane4. She is a highly competent, energetic, and commercially astute HR professional who has performed successfully in both company and consultancy roles. Elaine has a track record of delivering strategic, pragmatic, and sustainable solutions to meet business needs. She is a skilled EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Executive Coach and senior team facilitator with experience of leading people, and influencing at senior levels. She specialises in Psychological Assessment, Executive Selection, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Change Management Consultancy
Mandy McGachie is a Police Sergeant and member of the Leadership Development Team with the Metropolitan Police Service. She was selected to support the far reaching organisational leadership programme, which seeks to deliver innovative approaches to leadership in order to manage the very specific challenges of policing London. Mandy works alongside partners in the private sector, delivering bespoke coaching to a broad range of leaders and facilitating workshops covering a range of leadership topics. Serving as part of a delivery team, she has facilitated workshops and she has provided over 150 coaching sessions to MPS leaders. Mandy was appointed to manage the coaching alumni, arranging continuing professional development events to further develop coaching skills and maintain accreditation.
