High performing team cultures are generated by high performing boards and their ability to role-model best practice in all areas of their work. Helping teams surface one of the last taboos, namely the behavioural dynamics that may be impeding performance is a key enabler for change.
What steps can be taken to balance the board accountability needed in regulated environments around organisational governance, compliance, and risk, along with the tangible benefits of dialogue to create versatile, modern-acting organisations?
Our dialogue will focus on how Organisational Coaching Programmes can help to bring a fresh approach to board effectiveness and development which incorporates benchmarking, formal and informal reviews, capability evaluation, and the subsequent development and resource support needed to strengthen board and committee performance.
