Measuring the link between Mental Fitness, happiness and performance in companies and supporting these insights through coaching conversations with carefully matched practitioners can enable employees to perform at their best for longer. Providing leadership insight and signposting further development initiatives can maximise the impact of coaching for an organisation. Traditional coaching methods have been shown to be an effective way to support sustained behavioural change. However, rarely is any genuinely insightful and useful data generated which shows exactly what impact coaching has made. Cognomie has changed this; using benchmarked data to support development for every individual, to and provide development insights for whole teams and organisations.
Kate Hesk is the Founder and Director at Cognomie. Over the past 17 years she has contributed to the development of coaching in the UK by supporting the expansion of accredited coaching programmes and, over the past four years has dedicated her time to developing the practice of online/ virtual coaching, measuring its impact and building global coach communities. Most recently, through her work at Cognomie she is supporting a global community of accredited coaches and practitioners to deliver Mental Fitness coaching, using the proprietary Cognosis tool. Coaching activity is supported at Cognomie by a revolutionary on-line technology platform which enables coaching programmes to be managed and co-ordinated and data collected in a way which provides organisations with clear measures of impact and return on investment.
