Session on 26 November 2019 14:45 UTC - View on timetable
Mathew Radley, Managing Director, will present a case study on Radley Associates’ EQA programme Coaching with Confidence.
This energising and insightful programme is unique to Matthew Radley & Associates – delegate levels of self awareness are extended, with intense personal learning and reflection prior to entering the core 4 modules of coach training skills. The experiential day packed full of enhanced learning techniques to embed the increased levels of self-awareness. Delegates are exposed to a blend of theories including Goleman’s Leadership Styles, Wheel of life, Personal Values, Transactional Analysis Drivers, and MBTI.
‘Success measures’ are agreed at the start of the experience to enable all parties to measure the return on expectation during and at the end of the programme. These typically consist of a combination of both short-term and long-term measures, at both the individual and organisational level. For example, some organisations choose to undertake pre and post EQ-i 360 evaluations. All successful delegates are recommended for EMCC Global Individual Accreditation at the appropriate level, linked to individual leadership roles, ongoing supervision, reflective practice and CPD.
