Voices from the field: Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) impact evaluation

Session on 26 November 2019 11:00 UTC - View on timetable

Session

Impact evaluation provides information about the impacts produced by an intervention – positive and negative, intended and unintended, direct and indirect. Voices From the Field is the MCHub 2 year longitudinal mixed method mentoring impact evaluation study, exploring the impact of mentoring on key stakeholders. The study looks at how mentoring supports the personal and professional development of MSF Field Managers and contributes more broadly to the strategic priorities of the MCHub.
